It was a pleasure to work w/ Nate for my roof & gutter repair work this month. He was prompt upon my first contact & in all interactions, proactive w/ status updates & kept me apprised of findings throughout the process. The installers were very nice as well & answered all of my questions. I also appreciate that they were willing to take on what was likely a smaller project when others may not. I needed help with my facia in my roof. I called them on Wednesday they made an appointment for estimate for repair for Thursday. Nate Harrell let me know his arrival time. He came out inspected it and said let me call the owner and I would like to repair it for you today. My expectations was estimate today repair in future. So happy I called them. On time and didn’t rip me off for small job being done. Fixed my issue and will call them again in future. Reason I called is last week for Forrest homecoming week they are a sponsor for sports at school my children atttend. They were providing free hot dogs, hamburgers, chips and drinks before last Friday homecoming game. They are giving back to community and I love to do business with people that give back. We had to replace some siding around our dormers and Nate made the whole process very easy. He helped us understand what to expect, and guided us in the best direction for replacing what was necessary and saving on overall cost (which we did!). My roof replacement was a 3 month long battle, with an adjuster who seemingly did everything in their power to not authorize a roof replacement. Nate Harrell and the team at TN Quality Roofing went above and beyond to demonstrate several times with video evidence that this was not the case, and worked relentlessly to get my new roof approved. They also stayed in touch to make sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommended!
